Subscription Policy
The packages offered on our homepage are one-time purchases. After checkout, you may be offered an optional auto-ship plan. This page explains how that plan works and how to cancel it.
Optional, and only with your consent
- An auto-ship plan is never selected by default. It only starts if you actively accept the offer.
- Before you accept, the offer shows the price of each shipment, how often you will be charged and shipped, and how to cancel.
- You receive an email confirming your plan and its terms after you accept.
Billing
- Each shipment is charged to the payment method used for your original order, on the schedule shown in the offer.
- BuyGoods, our authorized retailer, processes these payments and sends you a reminder email 3 days before each recurring charge.
- The charge appears on your statement under the name of BuyGoods.
How to cancel
- Go to the BuyGoods order lookup and find your order.
- Select Continue, then Cancel Subscription.
- You receive a cancellation confirmation by email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of shipments. Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments. If you need help, contact us through our contact form.
Refunds on subscription shipments
Each shipment is a separate order covered by our Refund Policy. Cancelling your plan does not automatically refund shipments already processed or shipped. If a charge was processed shortly before you cancelled, contact us through the BuyGoods order lookup and we will review it.
